The terms for watching Pataka Anime.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Pataka Anime, the anime viewing service at patakastudio.com/anime (the “Service”), operated by Pataka Studio (“Pataka”, “we”, “us”).

By creating an account or watching anything on the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

• You need an account to watch most episodes. You can sign in with Google or with a code we email to you.
• Use an email address you control and keep access to it secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• An account is for one person. Do not share it or let anyone else sign in as you.
• For security, each sign-in lasts 72 hours. After that we ask you to sign in again.
• Tell us at studio@patakastudio.com if you think someone else has used your account.

• We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to stream the episodes we make available to you, for your own private, non-commercial viewing.
• Some episodes or previews may be available without signing in. Others need an account.
• Watching is free at present. We may introduce paid plans or paid series later. If we do, we will show the price and any extra terms before you pay, and nothing is charged without your agreement.
• We may add, change or remove series, episodes and features at any time.

You agree not to:

• download, copy, record, re-upload, broadcast or publicly show any episode or part of one, except through sharing features we provide;
• remove or get around any access control, sign-in requirement or technical protection;
• use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service;
• sell, rent or commercially exploit the Service or its content; or
• use the Service in a way that breaks the law or interferes with its operation or with other viewers.

All series, episodes, characters, artwork, music, logos and software on the Service belong to Pataka or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. These Terms give you no rights in them beyond the permission to watch described above.

We send service emails such as sign-in codes. We send news about new episodes only if you opt in, and you can opt out at any time.

Watching does not need a payment. If you choose to support Pataka Anime with a payment, it is optional and does not change what you can watch. Payments are processed by Razorpay and made to Pataka Systems, the business behind Pataka Anime.

Our Shipping, Cancellation & Refund Policy sets out how payments, delivery, cancellations and refunds work. It applies to every payment and forms part of these Terms.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or is used suspiciously. You may stop using the Service at any time, and you can ask us to delete your account by writing to studio@patakastudio.com.

We work to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free streaming. The Service and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, Pataka is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, if any.

Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect when you create an account and watch, and how we use it. It forms part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. When we make a material change, we ask you to accept the updated Terms the next time you sign in. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of India.
